Graduate of Stockholm School of Economics. Qualified as CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst), Tadas worked at Hansabank Markets in various capital markets positions from equity trading to asset management, founded and led investment banking arm of HansaBank Lithuania. Participated in founding a new investment bank - LHV - as a junior partner. LHV has become a progressive universal commercial bank in Estonia by now. There the first venture capital fund in the Baltics was born – LHV New Economy Ventures – and it returned 7.7x the money to its investors. Tadas has invested in multiple IT startups. Webmedia was founded in year 2000 and has grown into the largest IT services company in the Baltic region by 2010, serving clients in more than 20 countries globally. The company (now – Nortal) was listed by Deloitte among the Fastest growing Top 50 companies in Central Eastern Europe.
