Luke Lombe is the Founder of Echelon One, a boutique consultancy and advisory firm to a range of clients including blockchain startups, Grammy award-winning production studios, government offices, mining operations, VR projects, real estate franchises, and leading tech firms. With a diversity and experience that transcends four continents, Luke is the Head of Blockchain and ICO Strategist for PlayChip, set to be the world’s leading blockchain-enabled sports betting ecosystem, and former CMO and current ICO Advisor for Cryptyk, where he spearheaded market strategy for this award-winning cyber-security blockchain company. Before locating to NYC in 2015 to lead a $160M VR project in Times Square, Luke spent 7 years in China, managing marketing operations & strategy for brands like Jaguar Automotive & Under Armour, and Hollywood feature films like Iron Man 3. In 2010 Luke was a Project Manager for Australia’s $83M single largest diplomatic effort at the Shanghai World Expo. Luke is a 2 x TEDx speaker and MBA lecturer. He has toured the world as a DJ and published articles in a variety of media including Huffington Post and Shanghai Daily. Luke is the proud father of a brand new baby girl, he holds an MBA, B.Com, and Dip. Fin. and he is enjoying being a part of the paradigm-shifting tokenization of the world.
