The second edition of DAT Summit, hosted by Luna PR, concluded in Hong Kong on 13 February, bringing together more than 300 senior leaders across finance, technology, public markets to examine how digital assets, tokenization and AI, are reshaping modern finance and institutional strategy.

The second edition of the closed-door, senior-level forum at the Four Seasons Hotel in Hong Kong, examined how the crypto economy is steadily converging with mainstream financial markets amid rapid technological change.

Amid a period in which crypto markets have faced significant drawdowns and global uncertainty has reached historic highs - reflected in measures such as the World Uncertainty Index published in collaboration with the International Monetary Fund - the tone at DAT Summit was notably constructive rather than cautious. Across panel discussions featuring 35 leading entrepreneurs, investors, and industry visionaries, a shared consensus emerged: the sector is not retreating, but refining. As digital asset markets mature, institutional participation is increasingly defined by disciplined valuation frameworks, stronger governance, and resilient operating models. The dialogue underscored that long-term capital will gravitate toward infrastructure, compliance standards, and scalable systems capable of supporting digital assets at true institutional scale.

“Our role has always been to ensure Web3 is represented accurately and responsibly in the global media,” said Nikita Sachdev, Founder and CEO of Luna PR and DAT Summit. “Over the past year, we’ve witnessed a clear institutional shift - more structure, more scrutiny, and more serious capital entering the space. We created DAT Summit to stay at the forefront of that evolution: to gather the sharpest insights, understand where markets are truly heading, and translate those conversations into informed, constructive narratives. At the same time, we believe meaningful progress happens in rooms where the right people connect. So the summit is designed not just for dialogue, but for real relationships and real deals to take shape.”

Hong Kong was selected as the host city for the second edition of DAT Summit due to its re-emergence as a global capital markets gateway and its progressive approach to digital asset regulation. As one of Asia’s leading financial hubs, Hong Kong represents the convergence of East and West - where traditional finance, regulated virtual asset frameworks, and global liquidity intersect. Building on this momentum, the next DAT Summit will take place in South Beach, Miami on May 8th, bringing the conversation to the heart of the U.S. institutional and capital markets ecosystem.
